The Code of Civil Procedure is the everyday book of a lawyer and needed equally by every Judge. In view of the several State Amendments and High Court Amendments it is also very important to know the law applicable in one’s own State and High Court. Effort has therefore been made to include in this book all the State Amendments as well as all the High Court Amendments as could be found from various sources.
