The Institute follows a modular approach while publishing a courseware on a subject. In line with this objective, the present book on Cooperative Banking: Principles, Laws and Practices has four modules namely:

Module A: Principles of Cooperative Banking

Module B: Deposits and Customer Service

Module C: Legal & Regulatory Aspects of Banking

Module D: Technology Banking

While Module A walks the reader through the principles of Cooperation, membership share linkages, salient provisions of Multi State Coop Act, 2002; Module B dwells on different deposit products, banker customer relationships, KYC norms, Customer Protection, etc. Module C covers the legal aspects of banking operations, covering important laws/acts. Module D is on Technology Banking, covering Electronic Payment systems, Internet Banking, etc.
